At Trim Hair and Beauty Boutique, we are committed to providing a refined and elevated experience for every guest. To ensure exceptional service and respectful use of time, please review the policies below:
Cancellation Policy ⛔️
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reserved time.
A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-call/no-shows automatically forfeit the deposit and may require an increased deposit to rebook.
Rescheduling Policy 🔁
Guests may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, and the deposit will transfer one time.
Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
✨ Please note: Clients are allowed a maximum of two (2) reschedules.
After the second reschedule, Trim Hair and Beauty Boutique will no longer be able to provide future services, as repeated changes affect schedule integrity and availability.
Late Arrivals ⏳
To respect the flow of the day and all scheduled guests:

You are granted a 15-minute grace period.

Arriving after 15 minutes will result in a $25 late fee added to your service total.

Arriving 30 minutes or more past your appointment time may require the service to be rescheduled, resulting in deposit forfeit.
Deposits 💳
A deposit is required for all appointments and is applied toward your service total at checkout.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Client Wellness & Sick Policy ✨
To maintain a serene, safe, and luxurious environment, we kindly ask that all clients honor the following wellness guidelines:
If You Are Feeling Unwell 🤒🚫
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, including but not limited to:

Fever
-
Cough
-
Sore throat
-
Flu-like symptoms
-
Contagious conditions (pink eye, COVID-19, etc.)
please reschedule your appointment immediately.
Your services will be best enjoyed when you are fully well, and attending while sick places both the stylist and other guests at risk.
Rescheduling Due to Illness 🔁
If you notify the salon at least 24 hours in advance, your appointment may be rescheduled without losing your deposit (as long as you have not exceeded your 2 reschedule limit).
Rescheduling same day due to illness will result in deposit forfeit, as your appointment time cannot be filled.
Arriving Sick to Your Appointment 🚫
If you arrive showing visible symptoms of illness, the stylist reserves the right to refuse service for the safety of all guests.
This will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Service Adjustment & Refund Policy✨
At Trim Hair and Beauty Boutique, we take great pride in delivering exceptional results and ensuring your satisfaction. To maintain the highest standard of care, the following guidelines apply to all service concerns:
Service Adjustment Policy 💇🏽♀️✨
If you have any concerns regarding your service, they must be communicated within seven (7) days of your original appointment.
Concerns reported after this timeframe may require additional services at the client’s expense.
To properly assess and address your concern, please provide:

Clear photos of the issue

A detailed explanation of your experience

Any relevant information that will help your stylist understand the concern fully
This allows us to evaluate the situation and determine the best professional solution.
Adjustment Eligibility Within One Week (7 Days) 🗓️

If your concern is submitted within 7 days, and is determined to be a stylist error, your style will be corrected free of charge.

Any necessary adjustments within the first week qualify for a recurl only.
Concerns After 7 Days 🧴
If your concern is brought forward after 7 days, you will be required to receive a shampoo and style service at the standard service rate.
At this point, the hair has undergone natural wear, product buildup, and environmental changes that require a fresh start.
Refund Policy 💳🚫
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
However, if it is determined that the issue is a stylist error, the style will be corrected at no additional cost to you within the 7-day window.
