No Show No Refund No Exceptions
Client has up to 24 hours prior to the appointment to reschedule. Last minute schedule adjustments will automatically forfeit the deposit. Client will need to apply another deposit to make a new appointment.
Stylist will provide sound advice on the best possible way to achieve the clients desired look. It is the clients responsibility to provide a visual and participate during the consultation process. This will provide the client with the ability to connect with the desired look.
Lateness is unacceptable and will result in fees that are due before service begins. After 15 mins clients appointment will assess a fee of $20 dollars. After 20 mins client will need to reschedule and will loose their deposit. Too many instances will result in client counseling with stylist or client termination.
No client is allowed to engage another client negatively. Please be mindful of excessive profanity and foul language that may appear to be offensive to the stylists and guests.
No Children, AND no other persons ALLOWED DURING SERVICE ! NO EXCEPTIONS..........
Gossip and Hearsay aren't welcome in this environment. Please refrain from speaking negatively in the presence of others.
Services done within one week qualify for a re-curl ONLY. After 7 days the client would be required to receive a shampoo service.
Concerns regarding a service much be discussed with 7 days of the initial appointment. Please be sure to provide stylist with images, and a full explanation of the concern in detail. Refunds won't be issued but the hair style will be fixed free of charge as long as it can be proven that it is a stylist error.
Sudden interruptions of service may occur (example: COVID:19, family emergencies etc.). In the untimely event of a disaster, client will be rescheduled free of charge, or receive a refund of their deposit. It is the stylists responsibility to inform clients of when it would be safe to resume services.
No clients will be serviced if they are sick. If you have a cold, flu, sneezing,fever or cough , client will need to contact stylist immediately to reschedule. If client shows up showing signs of sickness, the appointment will be terminated without refund.
Due to COVID 19 ALL CLIENTS must have their TEMPERATURE'S CHECKED BEFORE SERVICES BEGIN! Any temperature's above 99.9 must reschedule.
Bundle hair packages require a deposit of $75.00. Hair last up to a year with proper care. Stylist will encourage usage of the best products to help keep the integrity of virgin hair. Once purchased, Client is responsible for the care of their hair. There will be no refunds or exchanges due to lack of proper care or neglect. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
